As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager you will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey and increasing customer acquisition across web and app store platforms for Chase UK. This role works cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve conversion, build hypotheses, test at scale, and communicate results to the business.
Job Responsibilities 
Data analysis and insight generation - Utilise analytical tools and research, qual and quant, to construct evidence-based hypotheses for testing
Coordination and deployment of Conversion Rate Optimization Initiatives - Collaborate with Head of Growth Marketing to plan, deploy, and analyze experimental changes to the website and app store aimed at improving customer conversion rates.
