Job Description

The Conversion Senior Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end process for new business cases at John Hancock. This includes overseeing the processing of applications and recordkeeping agreements through to the assignment of contract numbers. The position also involves setting up all aspects of client information, investments, service features, and other onboarding requirements to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Process and index cases of varying complexity, capturing information accurately in the system according to established methods and procedures while maintaining high quality and productivity standards. 
Exercise good judgment in processing cases, performing thorough checks to eliminate financial errors and ensure compliance when handling highly sensitive and heavily regulated funds.
