Kendall Jackson is a family-owned winery that prides itself on providing great customer service and fantastic wines paired with delicious farm to table cuisine. This position offers the opportunity for wine education, wine & food pairing and a broad range of food styles and techniques using only the best quality and freshest ingredients.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

Ensures that level of quality, portion control and plate presentation is adhered to consistently.

Prepares a variety of cuisine utilizing skill and creativity while using all local & seasonal products, including produce from our onsite garden.

Partner with Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine to prepare dishes to pair with estate wines.
