Founded in 2016, SushiFork was established to provide a more casual, customizable, healthful dining experience for people who have little time but want quality sushi. Our vibrant flavors didn’t happen by accident, but through careful development by people who truly care about what they serve. We want you to experience the freshest ingredients and food that is prepared right in front of you: rolled sushi that is bountiful in nutrition as well as taste and holds endless combinations of toppings and sauces. We also want you to feel good knowing that our restaurants are designed to create very little waste, and are meant to make our guests feel welcome and relaxed, whether it be a young family with children, a group of business executives or an elderly couple.
