Overview

The Process and Continuous Improvement Coordinator is responsible for technically leading the analysis, optimization, standardization, and innovation of production processes in Machining, Assembly, Welding, and Painting, working directly on the shop floor. Their work is driven by data, performance indicators, and industrial engineering tools, with a focus on increasing productivity, ensuring process stability, reducing variability, waste and costs, improving quality and operational safety, and guaranteeing sustainable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process technicians/analysts
• Technically analyze Machining, Assembly, Welding, and Painting processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste (MUDA), process variations, and causes of productivity losses
