Position Summary
Northern Health is looking for an experienced, highly efficient, and self-directed Coordinator to support the Capital Projects (UHNBC Tower) department.

The Coordinator, Capital Projects provides professional level support in the operation of the UHNBC Tower portfolio. Key deliverables will be data collection, requirements analysis, capital project monitoring and reporting, project implementation, issues tracking, and capital plan process and procedure development. The Coordinator is responsible for issuing Requests for Proposals, Requests for Quotations and project tenders, working in collaboration with external consultants in the preparation of specifications and bid documents, posting of tenders, and soliciting external bids.
