Responsibilities
- Assess graduate eligibility for placement within corporate partner roles
- Maintain accurate documentation and update student profiles for job matching
- Coordinate web applications and onboarding requests with support teams
- Source candidates from the student and graduate population to build pipelines
- Conduct interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate communications, including interview scheduling and feedback
Requirements
