- Corporate Paralegal Location: McLean, VA Experience: 4+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Role Pixalate is hiring a Corporate Paralegal to join our lean in-house legal team and work directly with the legal team.
This is a hands-on role spanning three core areas:
- commercial contract management, corporate compliance, and IP/patent administration. If you have strong contract and compliance instincts, enjoy building systems and processes, and thrive in a fast-moving tech environment — this role is for you.
- Prior in-house or SaaS company experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Contract Management Maintain Pixalate’s contract repository in Salesforce — ensuring MSAs, Service Orders, amendments, and NDAs are organized and audit-ready.
