This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, working on a wide range of significant and complex transactions from day one. You'll be involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, and corporate refinancing.

Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work on specialised matters such as EMIS, EOTs, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, and various transactional projects for charities and social enterprises.
