About the role
The person is responsible in budget monitoring, cost control and payment management, variation and claim validation, financial forecasting and cross- department coordination.
Key Accountabilities
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor spendings vs Authorization For Expenditures (AFEs). Job will require monitoring of up to 20 AFEs
- Cost control and Payment Management: Review and approve Interim Payment Applications received from Project Team. Management of Interim Payment Application process until a certificate is issued. Coordinate between treasury and project team once certified.
- Variation & Claim Validation: Review contractor change orders and claims against original awarded packages to prevent overbilling.
