• Manage and drive strategy for employment‑related disputes including wage & hour, discrimination, and retaliation matters
• Provide advice on non‑employment claims, including service‑related incidents and professional liability
• Draft and respond to attorney demand letters and pre‑litigation correspondence
• Partner cross‑functionally with People and Operations teams to provide risk‑balanced legal advice
