Counselor for Safe Schools Program

Support the emotional and social growth of students as a Counselor with SD42 in the Safe and Caring Schools program starting September 1, 2026. This role emphasizes trauma-informed practices and collaboration across diverse school communities.
SD42 is seeking a qualified counselor for a 0.8 FTE continuing position. You will provide individual and group counseling, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and assist students in building essential life skills. Engaging with educators, families, and community services, your role is pivotal in promoting student well-being and addressing evolving needs.
