About the Role
As Country Manager, you will lead and grow Eolus’ operations in Finland and play a key role in performing the company’s strategic direction in one of our core markets. You will be responsible for leading a strong local organization, identifying and developing project opportunities, and ensuring that our Finnish portfolio delivers strong commercial and strategic results. The role is both strategic and hands‑on. You will oversee the full project development lifecycle in Finland including market screening, origination and development until projects are ready to build.
