The Role:

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor in a school or SEN setting
* Strong knowledge of GCSE and Functional Skills curriculums
* Passion for working with special educational needs learners
* Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage classroom behaviour effectively
