New Directions Education are seeking a reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor for one of our partner Secondary Schools in Oldham. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes, ensuring students remain on task with the work they have been set. The role is on an add-hoc basis when the school require cover. if you are looking for flexible work life – this role is for you! 
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to classes in the absence of the class teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
Provide support to students to help them engage with learning.
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
Ensure a safe and positive classroom environment at all times.
