Job Description
This role is for a Creative Director, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, managing the Graphic Design Studio team of (12+ people). The role will be responsible for creatively representing the company, its subsidiaries in all branding and creative communications. The Creative Director will be people-oriented, working with internal and external clients, and involving high-level concepts for design projects. This role will also be responsible for visual design, recruiting and managing third party design firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the execution of all creative efforts; plans, develops, & defends business objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across all media types.
- Provides detailed direction to creative staff and direct / indirect reports.
- Leads in the education and development of creative staff members.
