Job Description
The Creative Manager supports the Director, Creative Services in managing the end-to-end development, production, and delivery of high-volume creative assets across label partner titles, retail executions, and digital platforms.
This role owns assigned nearshore workstreams from briefing through delivery, overseeing timelines, asset flow, and vendor coordination, ensuring all deliverables meet Alliance creative standards within a scalable, cost-efficient nearshore model.

Project Management & Title Ownership
Manage assigned nearshore titles and retail execution workstreams from concept through final delivery.
Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met across high-volume production cycles.
Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
