The Herbalist is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind our paid ads — the angles we test, the hooks we lead with, and the briefs our in‑house designer, video editor and copywriter produce every week.

This is not a traditional 'creative director' role.

We are looking for someone obsessed with:

Ad angles and hooks Why some ads scale and others die Consumer psychology Testing and iterating fast Turning data into better briefs Direct‑response creative

We spend R1m+ per month on digital advertising. We want you to take over creative direction of our in‑house team, and own the results.

What You’ll Be Doing Own creative testing - angles, hooks, formats, audiences Writing clear, specific briefs for our designer, video editor and copywriter Reviewing ad performance weekly with our media buyer and iterating briefs on the data Owning the scor...
