Job Description
The Role
We are hiring a Creative Strategist and Ecommerce Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce site while acting as the internal creative gatekeeper across all marketing channels. This is a hands-on hybrid role, part ops, part creative. You will keep the site accurate and promo-ready while ensuring everything we publish looks and sounds like Latico. If you have a strong visual eye, care about brand consistency, and can manage ecommerce operations without needing constant direction, this is for you.
What You'll Own
- E-commerce Operations: Own day-to-day Shopify execution: product pages, collections, banners, discount codes, and promotional messaging. Keep the site accurate and ready to launch at all times. Flag inventory issues that could impact campaigns before they become problems.
