Job Description
- Recruit, sign, train, and manage hosts, and establish efficient operation workflows.
- Leverage the company proprietary AI tools to craft livestream content strategies for hosts that align with overall corporate strategy.
- Monitor and analyze key live-streaming metrics; develop and execute optimization plans to drive hosts growth and meet their performance targets.
- Enforce platform compliance policies and manage risk controls to ensure all hosts and accounts remain legally and regulatorily compliant.
- Collaborate closely with China-based operations, product, and technical teams to guarantee seamless information sharing and process integration.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year of operations experience in the live-streaming industry; solid understanding of platform rules; TikTok live-streaming experience preferred.
