Job Summary:
The Medical Staff Liaison - Contractor provides essential administrative support to client's daily operations. The primary objective of the MSL-Contractor is to collaborate with Company Medical Staff Services team members to perform tactical, transactional duties to increase the velocity and drive efficiency for the Clinician onboarding process. The MSL-Contractor may be assigned the duties below in whole or in part to help achieve positive outcomes.

1.Onboarding:
The total onboarding cycle time goal for Clinicians is 80 days which provides 20 days for the internal onboarding process and 60 days for the Client. The MSL-Contractor can positively impact the internal onboarding cycle time through effectively managing the key tasks outlined below:
From Agreement Signed to start Defect Analysis = 1 Business Day
From Defect Analysis Complete to Sending Request and Release = 1 Business Day
