About the role
The Credit & Collections Specialist is responsible for optimizing regional cash flow by managing the full lifecycle of accounts receivable for key portfolios. This role balances assertive collection strategies with risk mitigation to achieve monthly targets, reduce delinquency, and maintain a healthy aged receivables profile.
Key Responsibilities
This is a maternity leave cover position in a hybrid setting based at our Cork office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end credit and collection activities for a designated German customer portfolio to optimize regional cash flow and meet monthly targets.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service to proactively resolve billing disputes and queries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Perform diligent account reconciliations to maintain a clean and accurate aged debt profile and ensure data integrity within the ledger.<...
