As a Credit Controller you will safeguard the organisation’s financial health by effectively managing credit risk, ensuring timely and accurate accounts receivable processes, and driving the collection of outstanding balances through robust analysis, proactive account management, and strong stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do as a Credit Controller:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all collections activity and account data is logged in the system
Proactively manage customer accounts, chasing outstanding debt via phone and email to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms
