Crewing Manager

Overview

Generally responsible for the overall operations of the Container and Tanker Crewing Department. Communicates with vessels (All Containers and Tankers). Receives advice regarding vessel requirements for the Engine Department (All Containers and Tankers). Proposes candidates (Officers and crew). Verifies the authenticity of data in the application form. Receives calls from ships' personnel regarding crew change inquiries, updates, and advises on handling some emergencies.

Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Maritime Studies with experience in handling the crewing department.
• 3-5 years of experience
