What will you be doing?
As a Crewing Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning crewing operations for Bore's vessels as part of a four-person crewing team in Helsinki. Your work will focus on crew rotation planning in both the short and long term, as well as ensuring crew availability in changing operational situations. In addition, you will participate in the recruitment of seafarers and coordinate matters related to training, certifications, and career paths. In this role, you will help support the long-term development of seafarers while ensuring the future availability of skilled crew members.
