Job Description

Alpha Omega Performance is growing, and we’re looking for 2 motivated, high-energy CrossFit coaches to join our team and help us continue building a strong, people-first community.
Position Overview
We are hiring 2 part-time CrossFit Coaches to support:
Evening Classes: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (5 days/week)
Midday Classes: 8:30 AM & 11:00 AM (3 days/week)
Schedules will be split between coaches based on availability.
Responsibilities
Lead structured, high-energy CrossFit classes
Arrive before class to prepare equipment and class flow
Coach athletes of all levels with proper scaling and progressions
Ensure safety, movement quality, and a positive class environment
Build relationships with members and foster community
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the gym floor
Support onboarding of new members when needed
