Description
Main responsible for delivering training sessions on DUV equipment.
Continuously develop and improve high‑quality technical training programs using a blended learning approach, including Instructor‑Led Training (ILT), Web‑Based Training (WBT), Case‑Based Learning (CBL), animations, and training reference materials.
Maintain training machines, tools, and related equipment to ensure optimal training conditions.
Ensure all training programs comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
Collaborate closely with D&E and CS teams to continuously enhance training content and effectiveness.
Support global training initiatives and travel if needed (up to 30%).
Work on a shift schedule of 10 hours per day, 4 days per week.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
2-3 years of delivering Technical Training.
