Responsibilities
Supervise civil and structural works throughout all project phases from design through completion Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Ensure compliance with German building codes, pharmaceutical regulations (GMP), and international standards Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors Coordinate directly with pharmaceutical client representatives and regulatory bodies Identify, assess, and mitigate construction and design risks Ensure timely delivery of structural milestones and critical path activities
