To handle a Portfolio of Current account customers with grouped Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposit Accounts. Ensuring time bound resolution of Customer Requests/Queries as per satisfaction of customer and within the regulations of the bank.

Delivery of Value growth in portfolio over the base value from the time of portfolio Handover. Ensuring proper on-boarding of converted New-to-Bank(NTB) customers. This includes installing the application on customers device and explaining in detail each feature of the application.

Maintaining Portfolio Hygiene by ensuring proper KYC updation, Beneficial Ownership details, and compliance regulations. Ensuring that the customer faces no bottlenecks while purchasing the above mentioned products. Contacting customers (Non Portfolio) based on data provided in CRM application and understanding customer needs/requirements.
