Monthly Salary: $23/hr

• Implement Home Loans retention strategy by engaging customers over the phone with service requests related to repricing and restructuring of credit facilities.
• Ensure prompt turnaround for all service requests received pertaining to repricing and restructuring of credit facilities.
• Actively follow through all service requests and retain customers.
• Have face‑to‑face meetings with customers to walk through terms in Letters of Offer as and when needed.
• Prepare management Excel reports and dashboards and any other tasks as and when assigned.
• Leverage technology solutions that support data insights and digitalisation to improve processes.
• Assist in other ad‑hoc assignments and assignments on process improvement or digitalisation.
