Job Description
As Customer color specialist, you will ensure the optimal performance of the colors delivered by plant to the different automotive and industrial customers through the development of standard processes working as a team with the technical areas of development, technical service and quality, complying with the Quality requirements increasing customer satisfaction by creating value projects focused on a continuous reduction of non-Quality costs.
Tou will report to Quality Assurance Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Physical color monitoring in all customer lines through tone audits as the channel with the customer.
- Develop a standardized protocol for shade audits.
Incorporate statistical and automation tools for color management within the company and customer lines.
- Maintain updated color references according to protocols to ensure functionality working together with the Marketing Materials Engineer.
