Job Description

Customer Service Representative – Valencia (On‑site) – part of a global technology and services leader. This role supports automotive industry brands across 70 countries, handling customer contacts and ensuring high service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Take incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, and other automated alerts, and resolve users’ demands.
  • Maintain service and product knowledge and provide expert assistance.
  • Escalate potential service issues to appropriate teams.
  • Monitor and report on customer service performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual in Dutch, with advanced proficiency in French and English.
  • Good disposition to work in a customer‑service environment.
  • Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand customers’ needs.
  • Experience configuring Windows, MS Office and internet tools.
