Role Overview (Customer Logistics Consultant)

1) Customer Supply Chain Ownership & Execution

• Owns day-to-day customer logistics performance and execution, particularly for key Canada customers (e.g., Walmart CA, Costco CA, Marche Leo's, Overwaitea, Home Hardware, Princess Auto, Kent, Orgill).

• Proactively manages customer requests, constraints, and service recovery actions (e.g., coordinating capacity for live loads, managing and optimizing fill rate).

2) Performance Management & Analytics Leadership

• Serves as the team’s “customer cube key thinker”, owning weekly reporting of cube, fill rate, and shipment performance Identification of drivers behind performance gaps and escalation of risks.
