My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seeks to hire a MRO Supply Chain Coordinator
This is a full time permanent role based on-site 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate stock levels for MRO items, including spare parts, consumables, and critical components.
Issue materials, process returns, and update records in the CMMS/ERP system.
Forecast usage and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.
Organize the storeroom to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant storage and labelling.
Obtain supplier quotations, raise purchase requests/orders, and track delivery status.
Follow up on delays, shortages, or quality issues with suppliers.
Work closely with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure availability of parts for work orders, PMs, and planned shutdowns.
