Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness.Handle and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely feedback and resolution.Communicate customer-specific requirements to the factory and ensure alignment.Propose and implement action plans and remedial measures to address quality issues.Coordinate 8D problem-solving teams to resolve complex issues.Organize internal and external sorting activities in case of discrepancies or non-conformities.Support customer and certification audits, including preparation and follow-up.Initiate and drive improvements based on audit findings.Prepare, monitor, and maintain quality documentation, statistics, and reports.
