Job Description

Tasks:
Supporting audit activities (preparation for internal and external audits and coordination of audits, coordination of the implementation of corrective actions)
Keeping the quality management system up-to-date and developing it
Active participation in the development of quality processes
Preparing/changing regulatory and inspection plans in SAP
Supervision of product and process quality (supervision of SPC, conducting process and machine capability tests)
Preparation and review of work and process instructions
Active participation in the preparation and review of FMEAs
Coordinating the handling of customer complaints (0km, IC, FIELD), indirect customer liaison, preparation of 8D reports
Investigating quality issues arising in production, implementing corrective and preventive actions
Monitoring quality performance Requirements:
