Location: East Rand, Johannesburg

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Centre Consultant (also known as Customer Liaison Officer, Customer Relations Consultant, Client Services Consultant ) a group inthe motor industry. This role is ideal for someone with a bubbly, extroverted personality who thrives on delivering exceptional service to customers.

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years' customer service experience in the motor industry at dealership or Hub (essential)
• Grade 12 or equivalent; tertiary qualification (certificate/diploma/degree) advantageous
• Business-level Afrikaans (reading, writing, and speaking) – non‑negotiable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office + CMS (Dealer management system)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle high call volumes
