Customer Sales Executive

Job Role The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for handling customer communication, replying to customer emails, coordinating order status with production, updating customers, coordinating dispatch requirements, preparing export documents, and maintaining regular follow-up for repeat and new orders. The candidate should have good command over English and Hindi and should be capable of maintaining professional communication with customers. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers through emails, phone calls, and messages for order status, dispatch updates, documents, and business follow-up. Reply to customer emails in proper English and maintain professional communication on behalf of the company. Coordinate with the production department to check the status of customer orders and regularly update customers accordingly.
