Job Description

Mission: Define and follow-up the improvement action plan and priorities with the Business stakeholders. Ensure that Customer dissatisfactions are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and prevention steps. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of quality improvement plans at suppliers. Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions. Lead a quick and effective quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of actions. Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance.
