Summary:

Lenovo is seeking a skilled and driven Content Developer specializing in Server/Storage technology,  to join our expanding Services Training, Tools, and IP Development team. In this role, you will create innovative technical content focused on helping Lenovo customers resolve issues independently and optimize their storage solutions. This includes developing customer self-help materials for a wide range of Lenovo products, such as ThinkSystem, ThinkServer, System X, Lenovo Storage, and networking solutions.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and other technical content developers to deliver clear, effective, and customer-friendly content. The content you produce will be published on platforms like and will assist customers in self-healing, troubleshooting, and maximizing their use of Lenovo’s storage and computing products.
