Customer Service Assistant

Convince Group has been a leading automobile dealer in Singapore since 2005, specializing in new and used vehicles, rental and leasing, financing, insurance, accident claims, and comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs.

To assist with the daily operation of the workshop. To ensure the smooth process of the workshop schedule, and the progress of the repair status. To maintain customer satisfaction.

• Record incoming vehicle faults, take photos to post in the relevant WhatsApp group, and coordinate with mechanics
• Prepare repair quotations and liaise with the customer/person-in-charge
• Input the job card into the system, follow up on the repair status, and report to the manager
• Collate and process supplier invoices, recording, filing, and data entry

• Location: West Singapore
• 6 days per week, 8 am - 5 pm
