We are looking for an experienced Customer Service - Logistic with at least 4 years of hands‑on experience in automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers (Stellantis, Mazda) regarding orders, delivery schedules, and special requirements. Manage the full order lifecycle: order entry, validation, scheduling, tracking, and closure. Monitor inventory levels, shipment status, and product availability to ensure on‑time delivery (OTD).
