Job Description
As a customer service manager, you will lead and supervise your team through change management processes to achieve the evolution and implementation of vanguard technology digital channels, processes end to end, operational systems, productive structure, and integral information flow to provide an excellent service to our customers. You will also ensure that command center exceed quality standards and bring the support to omnichannel strategy. You will report to the customer service global director.
