Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

**Location**: Hermosillo (On-site)
**Schedule**: 7:00 AM - 4:36 PM (Sunday off + 1 weekday)

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and update CRM systems
- Schedule appointments for dealer clients
- Support automotive clients and partners
- Handle sensitive financial information with discretion
**Requirements**:
- Conversational English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
