Hybrid (1 Week in Office/1 Week Remote) – Phoenix, AZ
6-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $19/hr.

Calculated Hire is in search of a Customer Service Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following:
PROJECT SUMMERY
You will be part of the new customer service team with a specific focus on small business credit card customers.
DUTIES
– Taking 40-60 inbound calls per day to service the needs of small biz credit card customers
– Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transaction, etc.
TOP SKILLS
– Call center experience (handling inbound calls)
