You will be considered for the 3 departments below:
Customer Care Representative:

+ Job Duties: Answering incoming calls throughout the day from customers who need assistance with their account, payment information, title request, and payment options.

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with one late night a week 9 AM - 6PM. Will also include one late Friday rotating every four weeks which also includes 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM -12 PM.

Customer Accounts Representative:

+ Job Duties: This position is a light collections positions, meaning you’re calling customers who have only missed one payment (between 1 and 29 days past due).

+ Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with two late nights a week 11 AM - 8 PM (late nights are never on Friday) with 1-2 Saturdays a month 8 AM – 12 PM.
