Customer Service Representative
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support billing, invoicing, and customer communication processes. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate and coordinate with terminal and shop locations regarding commercial invoicing
- Answer and route incoming phone and/or video calls during assigned work hours
- Review billing statements for accuracy and process them for payment
- Identify and resolve documentation errors and discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve invoice matching issues within the AP system
- Perform general clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
