• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide product information and support via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures diligently.

• (at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | preferably with at least 6mos CCE | Excellent Communication Skills)
• Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
• Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
• Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
