The Customer Service Department is part of our Sales Division, which operates a global sales and distribution network. Our work environment is dynamic and international, and you will be interacting with both internal and external customers worldwide. The position will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Our Customer Service Department is responsible for order processing and delivery of goods from factories and warehouses. This includes all steps from order registration, confirming delivery schedules, coordinating with factories for shipments, and handling invoicing after delivery.
