Customer Service Representative/Driver

About the role:

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday – Friday + rostered Saturday mornings, primarily based in-store, where you’ll spend the majority of your week supporting customers, providing expert product advice, and assisting with day-to-day retail operations. While a Class 2 licence is essential, driving duties form a smaller part of the role and will be required on an as-needed basis to support store deliveries. You’ll work closely with a diverse range of horticultural and agricultural clients, contributing to stock management, sales processing, and overall store presentation. Your passion for the local agriculture industry and excellent communication skills will make you stand out.
